Beer Cheese Dip


6 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup good quality beer
1 tbsp horseradish
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese


1. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave cream cheese for 30-45 seconds or until very soft.
2. Add beer, horseradish, and garlic powder.
3. Microwave again for 30-45 seconds.
4. Add cheese, stirring until smooth, microwaving again if necessary.
5. Serve with soft pretzel bites.
