1-1/2lb. lean ground beef
2 (15oz) cans red kidney beans, rinsed
1(16oz) can no-salt-added tomato sauce
1-1/2cups thick & chunky mild salsa
1cup frozen corn
1 onion, chopped
2 TBS chili powder
1cup finely shredded four cheese
1. Brown meat; drain.
2. Add to slow cooker with all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir.
3. Cover with lid.
4. Cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours.
5. STIR before serving.
6. Serve topped with cheese.
