Slow Cooker Italian Chicken


3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups Italian dressing
2 pounds golden potatoes, halved
1 lb baby carrots
1 tablespoon oregano
¼ cup parmesan
Salt & pepper


1. Pour Italian dressing into base of slow cooker.

2. Season chicken breasts with salt & pepper and oregano.

3. Place into base of cooker in dressing.

4. Layer potatoes and carrots on top.

5. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.

6. Top with parmesan and serve.
